Kari Foss-Persson
Founder & Managing Partner
Hi! 👋
I’m Kari, the founder and managing partner of Vinland Immigration, where I bring over a decade of experience in the US immigration and global mobility sector to the table.
Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to advising corporations across various industries — including financial services, media, publishing, and retail — as well as families and high-net-worth individuals travelling to the United States. My expertise spans the full spectrum of visa categories, allowing me to support clients through their most challenging immigration matters. My experience also extends to advising on family-based green cards and facilitating E-2/E-1 consular registration for companies aiming to break into the US market. From dealing with the implications of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings to maintaining compliant immigration programs, I’ve been there to guide my clients every step of the way.
Originally from Austin, Texas, my own international journey took me to Germany twelve years ago as an Alexander von Humboldt Scholar. I now live in Frankfurt am Main with my husband and two children. I speak English and German.
